My approach is firmly Christ-centered, combining faith with evidence-based therapeutic practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to meet you where you are spiritually, emotionally, and practically. In my practice, I support individuals working through life challenges, emotional barriers, and behavioral patterns, fostering healthy coping strategies and deeper personal restoration. I am fully bilingual and offer care in both English and Spanish.
