My practice is rooted in a Christ-centered approach, integrating evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. By addressing both the practical habits and the deeper emotional barriers that keep you feeling stuck, we will work collaboratively to help you build resilience, regain momentum, and step into renewal.

I work with both adults and adolescents and provide care fluently in English and Spanish.
